In his briefing, Heorhii Tykhyi, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, stated that Russian forces are not only failing to make progress on the battlefield, but are losing ground in some areas.
He added that Russia’s economy remains fragile and is likely to worsen, making the coming months a key moment to increase pressure on Moscow – and move towards negotiations and a ceasefire.
